🃏Creating a bet

This will walk you through how to create a bet on our platform, enabling you to set your gambling options and then share the bet into a public channel for others to take. The process integrates with our provably fair system for transparent outcomes.

To get started open the gambling panel by running /bet here you will find our selection of games, choose the game that suits you, for this example we will be using coinflip, its a simple heads/tails challenge.

Once selected you will enter the bet creation screen, here you will need to specify your choice. For coinflip its just heads or tails, and the bet amount. Once you have inputted these we will verify you have enough to create the bet.

Review your details and ensure that they are correct, then click "Place Bet". Your bet is then immediately sent to our public bets channel, this is where others will see it and choose to take the bet if they want. The channel displays key information such as who created the bet, the bet amount and if applicable your choice. For coinflip we show whether you picked heads/tails however for some games like guess the number we do not.

Then it is as simple as sitting back and waiting for someone to take your bet.

If you have second thoughts after creating your bet then you can cancel the bet by running /mybets, it will show you all your active bets placed and let you cancel any of them by just clicking the corresponding button, assuming nobody has already taken this bet it will cancel and prevent anyone taking the bet.
