To make it easier for you to torment the people you finessed you can run the /chat command which will send a chat request to the last person you ran a bet against. Simply make a bet and then once it is done you can do /chat. The user will see the following

If they accept then it will open up a chat between the two of you, this looks like the following:

This will persist until one of you does the command /endchat which will simply close the chat channel. If the user clicks deny it will simply tell you the user denied the chat request.
